24-Hour Front Desk: Our lobby reception operates 24 hours a day, allowing guests to check in and check out at their convenience.
Luggage Storage: Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests both prior to check-in and following check-out.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Subject to availability on the day of arrival/departure and cannot be guaranteed. A fee of NT$500 per hour will apply (any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour).
Identification Requirements: Upon check-in, guests must present their booking confirmation number along with a valid, original physical photo ID or passport. Failure to provide proper identification may result in the refusal of check-in, with no refunds issued.
Room & Floor Assignments: Room photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual floor and room layouts are subject to on-site availability; specific floors or room numbers cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Payment Methods: Accommodation fees can be fully paid via online credit card during booking, or upon arrival at the front desk using cash or credit card. Should you have any questions regarding payment options, please feel free to consult our reception team.
Smoke-Free Policy
100% Smoke-Free Environment: In accordance with Taiwanese law, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel property, including all guest rooms and public spaces. A deep-cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Extra Guest Charges
Children Aged 0–6 (Inclusive): Stay for free when sharing existing bedding. Up to two children per room can be accommodated under this complimentary offer.
Guests Aged 7 and Above: An extra guest fee of NT$900 per night will apply.
Inclusions for Paid Extra Guests: The fee includes 1 pillow, 1 small duvet, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of disposable paper slippers.
Important Note: Complimentary amenities, bedding, and toiletries will not be provided for children staying free of charge who do not occupy an extra bed space.
Amenities & Eco-Friendly Policy
Eco-Friendly Housekeeping: To support environmental sustainability, bed linens, duvet covers, and pillowcases will not be automatically replaced during consecutive-night stays. If you require a change of linens, please notify our front desk.
No Extra Beds / Bed Type Changes: We do not provide extra rollaway beds or modifications to existing room bed types.
Electrical Safety: For safety reasons, the use of high-power electrical appliances not provided by the hotel is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.
Slippers Precaution: Please do not wear the provided paper slippers into the bathroom or onto wet surfaces to prevent slipping and ensure your safety.
Property Damage Liability: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage, staining, or loss caused to hotel property, facilities, or room amenities during their stay. Charges will be assessed based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Requesting Additional Room Amenities
To promote green hospitality and maintain high service standards, requests for additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:
Towels & Slippers: A maximum of one additional set (towels and slippers) per room may be requested free of charge.
Duvets: A maximum of one additional duvet per room may be requested free of charge. Due to limited quantities, we recommend requesting this in advance; on-site requests are subject to real-time inventory availability.
Pillows: Each guest room is already standardly furnished with two pillows per person. To ensure an optimal and uncluttered comfort space on the bed, we are unable to provide further additional pillows.
boutech hotel Dadaocheng does not featured private on-site parking. For guests traveling by car, highly convenient parking options are available in the immediate neighborhood, allowing you to settle your vehicle effortlessly and stroll to the hotel at a relaxed pace.
Pet Policy
No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises, with the exception of certified service animals (such as guide dogs).
Eco-Friendly, Safety & Security Regulations
Single-Use Utensils & Hazardous Items: To promote eco-friendly practices and ensure a safe environment, single-use disposable tableware and sharp or hazardous items (such as fruit knives, utility knives, and lighters) are not provided by the hotel.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity or unlawful entertainment (including but not limited to drug abuse, gambling, etc.) is strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to notify law enforcement immediately.
Visitor Policy & Quiet Hours: Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 22:00. We kindly ask all guests to maintain a quiet atmosphere after this time to ensure a restful night for everyone.
Bicycle Parking & Storage
Please notify the front desk in advance if you travel with a bicycle. The hotel does not feature dedicated bicycle parking spaces. Bicycles brought into guest rooms must be fully disassembled and secured within a proper travel box or transport bag.
Parcel Holding Service
The hotel can only accept and hold complimentary (pre-paid) parcels delivered during your scheduled stay period. Please inform our front desk staff in advance of any arriving shipments.
Baby Amenity Rentals
Complimentary baby cribs, baby bathtubs, bed guards, and baby bottle sterilizers are available for rent. As quantities are limited, please contact the hotel to reserve these items prior to your arrival.
